1. About Sunlytics

Sunlytics is operated by Sunlytics Pty Ltd. We provide a solar system price estimate tool and a referral service that connects homeowners with local solar installers. Sunlytics does not sell or install solar systems.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use Sunlytics.

3. Our service

Sunlytics allows you to enter information about your home and energy usage, receive an estimated solar system price, and request to be connected with a local installer. If you request a connection, your details will be passed to one installer in your area.

4. Estimates only

Any pricing, savings or system recommendations provided by Sunlytics are estimates only. They are based on the information you provide and general assumptions. They are not fixed quotes, financial advice, or guarantees of performance or savings. Final pricing and system design will be determined by the installer.

5. No involvement in installer agreements

Sunlytics is not a party to any agreement between you and an installer. We are not responsible for the installer's advice, pricing or work, installation quality or timelines, or any contract you enter into with an installer. You should conduct your own checks before proceeding.

6. User responsibilities

When using Sunlytics, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information, use the platform for personal and lawful purposes, and not misuse or interfere with the website. We may restrict access if we believe the service is being misused.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Sunlytics, including text, design, calculators and branding, is owned by or licensed to Sunlytics Pty Ltd. You may use the site for personal use only. You must not copy, reproduce or distribute content without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunlytics is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on estimates or interactions with installers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Availability of the service

We aim to keep Sunlytics available and accurate, but we do not guarantee continuous access or that the website will be error free. We may update or change the service at any time.

10. Privacy

Your use of Sunlytics is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New South Wales.
